During registration for a Strada Wheels Ltd account — part of the transactional process — we collect the following personal data:

Please note, we do not have access to the password you enter during registration.
Where this data is stored:
Your data is stored through our WP Engine hosting platform, using WooCommerce’s data storage and databases. Your data is secured using SSL encryption on a secure server behind a firewall.
What we use this data for:
This data is used to process and maintain your online account, identify you as a customer when you place orders with us, and process and complete those orders. It is also the email address to which draft orders will be sent, should a member of our customer services team create one on your behalf.
We also use this data to process and respond to any complaints or enquiries you make, and for post-purchase customer services including enquiries regarding the service you have received and product review requests.
This information may also be used to send you abandoned checkout emails, which we consider to be in your legitimate interest based on the contents of your basket at the time you began checkout.
How long this data is kept:
We will retain your name, email address and order history until you opt out, so that we can offer post-purchase services including warranty and crash replacement support. Please note that if you choose to have your personal data removed, we may be unable to fulfil your post-purchase support requirements.
