The Strada PAD-55 Track Ultra

The Strada track option has trickled down from the popular road range, sharing rim profiles and technology. This wheelset proves itself in the most demanding situations on the boards. The rims are hooked and can be used with tubes and tubeless (Not TUBULAR). Born for the track but suitable for normal conditions on the road set up with 25c to 32c road tyres. Track rear hub compatible with track fixed cogs and freewheel.

The Strada PAD 55 Track Ultra (Performance Aero Disc) is a 55mm deep rim that was designed with input from professional riders.

This is our flagship aero wheel set and the fastest in our line-up. Whether you are riding chain gangs, road racing, TT’s, Triathlon or chasing PB’s, our PAD-55 Ultra delivers maximum speed whilst maintaining stability and comfort.

Unidirectional Carbon layup featuring laser cut rim logos. This unique process eliminates the use of paint along with vinyl decals whilst saving 17g rotational weight per rim,  leaving a clean durable finish.

Optimised 21mm internal hooked rim width, boasting a 29mm external width.

Compatible with all tubeless and non tubeless tyres.
Strada have worked with Continental to keep up to date with the latest ETRTO standards, allowing for easy tubeless setup.

The Strada Performance Aero Disc 35mm was developed to dominate any mountainous terrain while maintaining comfort and stability. It is a wheelset for everyday use in all conditions.

Spokes

F1 Sprint bladed aero spokes designed in house and exclusive across Strada’s full wheel range. Manufactured in Italy, our spoke increases torsional and lateral wheel stiffness up to 18% whilst maintaining compliance.

Strada offers a lifetime warranty covered for daily riding or racing.

Spoke Nipples

A self locking blue power insert eliminates the loss of tension due to vibration. Coated with our anti-corrosion protection wax.
