Hope RS 4 road hubs are UK manufactured to high standards for daily, all road, cyclocross and training use. Available in a variety of colours and drillings. Hope Quick Releases available too.

Description
The Hope RS 4 road hub replaces the Mono RS hub. This Hope road hub features a one piece 7075 aluminium rotor body and pawl carrier (Shimano or Campagnolo 10-11 speed compatible).
Two pawls engage into a 40 point engagement (9 deg) tooth steel ratchet which is fixed into the hub shell and is sealed with a frictionless, non contact labyrinth seal. The Hope RS 4 road hub uses custom stainless steel cartridge bearings. These Hope road hub bearings have been designed and produced by INA (who produce all Hope bearings) and are super smooth running – ideal for reliable road wheels.
The hub shell is machined from a solid billet of 2014 T6 aluminium. The hub utilises all the features and benefits of the Mono RS, but offers a lighter weight, well sealed extremely smooth and free running system – that suits road applications in the UK perfectly. We use these for many daily commuters, winter training wheels, gravel / all-road and cyclo cross wheels. They are easy to service and replacement bearings are readily available. CNC machined and hand finished in Barnoldswick, England.

The new Hope RS 4 has made improvements over the old Mono RS with less noise and 6 colour choices. The Hope road hubs alloy cassette carrier can mark up under load from the cassette but a heavier steel replacement can be used. A wide range of colours and drillings available with radial front hub lacing permitted too. Available in road and now centre lock for disc brake too. Can be supplied with matching Hope Quick Releases.
