Payment – Strada requires a 50% deposit to commence building and the balance to be paid before delivery. All wheels and associated costs (delivery) must be paid for before any products are despatched.
Delivery – Strada endeavours to deliver all wheels within 2 working weeks of component selection, sign off and deposit payment. Delivery may subject to delay if any selected components are not available from suppliers. Strada will keep clients informed on progress and supply a tracking number for deliveries. We will deliver throughout the EU and Scandinavia, other destinations please contact us for a quote.
Returns - We offer no refund on hand built wheels. There is plenty of opportunity during the consultation and build process to ensure the wheels you receive will be a perfect match to your specifications and requirements. If you want to return a product (tyre, inner tube etc) we are happy to accept unused products back for an exchange or refund at your expense within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in as new condition in the original packaging. All items to be returned at the customer’s expense. For wheels and other items we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us. We only take responsibility on signed receipt of the goods and not whilst in transport. Please contact Strada before sending any return. Please remove all items from the wheel including any rim tape or tubular before return.
