Edvard from Norway reports on the ENVE 29er tubular wheels we built for him. The race is called Birkebeinerrittet and is supposedly the largest mountain bike race in the world with approx. 25.000 participants in all the events.
With a busy season slowing we were looking at ways to speed up production. Winding the nipples onto the spokes during the initial assembly process is slow and automating the first loose wind on would speed up the build significantly.
